• Send confirmations, updates, invoices/receipts, and follow-ups.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where Your Information Is Stored

• Website & Forms: WordPress with Fluent Forms stores submissions in our site’s database.
• Email: Google Workspace (Gmail) for intake notifications and customer communication.
• Files: uploads may be stored in WordPress and/or our internal storage (e.g., Google Drive) tied to your job.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our website, email, and business (e.g., hosting, security, email, payment), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

Retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed for quoting, service records, warranty, and legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion; see “Your Choices” below.
